We spent 3 days at Wild Horse Hope Ranch-where Scott, Josie (Kim's sister) and family, live, on the Eastern Plains, 30 mi. just West of Nebraska. They invite inner city kids, families and groups out to the ranch to learn about the trust between God, animals and us. The live soley on pledges and donations and are truly the most incredible family that we have met.
If it breaks, Scott or Talon fixes it. If it's alive, Josie keeps it that way. And don't ever ask them a horse question that you don't intend on hearing the full answer on. These people are brilliant, incredibly gifted and serving others with their gift. You can drop them a gift, too: www.wildhorsehope.org
Back in the mid-90's I had two horrible horse experiences, all on the same ride. I know I had a lot to do with it, horses can tell when your gamer not a rider-but I've been horse shy ever since--and it would be safe to say that I still am. Enjoy this video, it's a bit of doozy, it's 12 mins long, better freshen up your glass and come back and sit down and watch this one.

I have known Scott, Josie, and the children for almost a year now. They are amazing people filled with the love of God and a compassion for children. As many times as I've been to their home, the one thing that sticks out for me is the hospitality.
They are the most kind, loving, and transparent people I've met in a long time.
They genuinely love the Lord, and their love for God shows in everything they do.
Thanks Jerry for sharing their story and a small portion of their life and ministry.
We continue to pray for them and the ministry that God has entrusted unto their hands.

I had tears in my eyes throughout most of this video, just thinking of what a fabulous time you all had with Kim's family! Like you Jerry, I too had a bad experience with a horse at a high-school church summer camp and haven't been on one since then. We'll have to swap stories! Great sound-effects also! I'm ready for the next video, bring it on.....
